This soft start drive board adopts a separate detection method for three-phase current for control. Compared with traditional soft start that uses a combination of three-phase current and superimposed sampling, the independent detection and control of three-phase current make the motor run more smoothly and effectively prevent possible false alarms and phase loss problems during operation; By adopting new control technology, the operating frequency range is wider, and it can operate stably from 38HZ to 68HZ, making it particularly suitable for use in power generation equipment.

• The usage conditions have a certain impact on the normal use and lifespan of the soft starter, so please install the soft starter in a location that meets the following usage conditions.

• Power supply: mains power, self owned power station, diesel generator set;

• Input voltage: three-phase AC220 (-10%~+15%), 50Hz; Three phase AC380V (-10%~+15%), 50Hz; Three phase AC660V (-10%~+15%), 50Hz; Choose a suitable soft starter based on the different input voltages

• Applicable motor: Please specify when ordering a general squirrel cage asynchronous motor winding motor;

• Starting frequency: Standard products are recommended to start and stop no more than 20 times per hour;

• Cooling method: forced air cooling;

• Installation method: wall mounted;

• Usage conditions: When using a bypass type soft starter, a bypass contactor should be connected; When using an online soft starter, a bypass contactor is not required.
