Our company specializes in the production of various specifications of air core reactor series products, the product voltage range is from 0-35KV, the capacity is from 0-3500KVAR, often used for reactive power compensation, filtering harmonics, current limiting, etc. The core reactor adopts a cylindrical structure in which a plurality of windings are connected in parallel. Each enclosing room is separated by drawing struts to form a ventilating air passage, which has good heat dissipation. At the same time, a plurality of parallel windings of small cross-section are used for parallel winding, and eddy current loss and leakage magnetic loss are small. In terms of insulation, we adopt each wire surface. Polyester film multi-layer semi-stack, with high mechanical strength, can withstand the impact of short-circuit current without damage, the surface of the coil has anti-ozone UV protection layer, anti-aging, resistant to various harsh climates.
