Scope of application

It is suitable for AC 50Hz or 60Hz, voltage to 690V, current to 475A power line, for frequent starting and controlling motor and switching on and off circuit at long distance. The CJXI series reversible contactor is formed by adding a mechanical interlock mechanism to control the starting, stopping and reversing of the motor.

Structure

The contactor is a double-breakpoint direct-acting structure with three pairs of normally open contacts, and the auxiliary contacts are up to 2 normally open and 2 normally closed. The contact support member and the armature are coupled by an elastic lock to eliminate weak links. A test operating rod is arranged on the contact support member or the arc extinguishing cover for manual operation and as an action indication, and the le ≤ 22A contactor has no arc extinguishing arc plate. Le=32A is a plastic arc chute and is equipped with a metal arc shield. The contact material is a silver alloy with high resistance to welding and corrosion. The wiring screw adopts a new self-lifting screw, and the tile pad is not separated from the screw, which saves wiring man-hours. The full range of products can be mounted with screws, and the product with le ≤ 32A can also be fastened with a quick-embedded rail.
