Structure

CJ20 series AC contactor is a direct-acting, double-breakpoint, three-dimensional arrangement, simple and compact structure, and the size of the installation is much smaller than that of CJIO, CJ8 and other series contactors.

The CJ20-10~CJ20-25 contactor is a three-layer two-stage structure without an arc-extinguishing hood. The upper part is a thermosetting plastic body fixed with auxiliary contacts, main contacts and arc extinguishing system, and the lower thermoplastic base is equipped with an electromagnetic system. The buffer device has a mounting hole fixed by screws on the base, and a latch for mounting the rail is mounted on the lower part, which can be mounted on a 35mm wide hat-shaped mounting rail specified by the IEC standard, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble. The contactor of CJ20-40 and above is a two-layer layout of the main assembly structure, the main contact and the arc extinguishing chamber are on the upper side, the electromagnetic system is below, and two independent auxiliary rib contact assemblies are arranged on both sides of the body shell. CJ20-40 with bakelite shell, CJ20-63~CJ20-630 with cast aluminum base.

Contact arc extinguishing system: The contactors of different series of different capacity grades adopt different arc extinguishing structures. CJ20-10 and CJ20-16 are double-breakpoint simple breaking arc extinguishing chambers, CJ20-25 is U-shaped iron piece arc extinguishing, CJ20-40~CJ20-160 is multi-longitudinal grounding arc extinguishing cover at 400V and 690V CJ20-250 and above use the grid arc extinguishing cover at 690V, and the grid arc extinguishing cover is used at 1140V.

The full range of contactors feature silver-based alloy contacts. CJ20-10, CJ20-16 with AgNI contacts, CJ20-40 and above with silver-based oxide contacts. The arc-quenching system with excellent arc-extinguishing performance is equipped with anti-weld and wear-resistant contact materials to provide long-term electrical life and is suitable for working under particularly heavy conditions of AC-4.
