Scope of application

NMCM1E series intelligent electronic molded case circuit breaker is one of the new circuit breakers developed and developed by our factory using international advanced design and manufacturing technology. Its rated insulation voltage is 800v, suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 400v, rated working current to 1250A in the circuit for infrequent conversion and motor infrequent starting. The circuit breaker has overload long delay inverse time limit, open short delay inverse time limit, short circuit short delay time limit, open circuit instantaneous and under voltage protection function, which can protect the line and current equipment from damage.

The circuit breaker can be installed vertically (ie, vertically) or horizontally (ie horizontally).

The circuit breaker can not be reversed into the line, that is, only 1, 3, and 5 are connected to the power line, and 2, 4, and 6 are connected to the load line.

This circuit breaker implements the following standards;

General rules of IEC60947-1 and GB/T14018.1;

IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2 low voltage circuit breakers and Appendix F with electronic overcurrent protection

Additional requirements for circuit breakers:

IEC60947-4 and GB14048.4 contactors and motor starters;

IEC60947-5.1 and GB14048.5 electromechanical control circuit electrical appliances.

Main performance characteristics

NMCM1E series electronic molded case circuit breaker has three-stage protection function. It is suitable for the circuit breaker of category B and other short-circuit protection devices connected in the same circuit to have complete selective matching under short-circuit conditions;

There are five kinds of tripping feature selection: the user can adjust the setting of the trip unit according to the load current requirement;

The electronic trip unit is powered by the circuit breaker itself, and the current signal and control power source are from a toroidal current transformer installed in the circuit breaker;

With warning indication: when the load current exceeds the preset current, the LED on the circuit cover of the circuit breaker is indicated as yellow;

With overload indication: when the load current exceeds the setting current, the LED on the circuit breaker cover is indicated in red;

It has only the alarm function for fire-specific overload non-tripping: when the load current is overloaded, the circuit breaker does not trip, output a passive contact signal, and drive the corresponding alarm device;

Meets the EMC requirements of Appendix F of EC60947.
