This series of dual power automatic transfer switch is mainly composed of two plastic case circuit breakers with high breaking capacity and high quality dual power automatic transfer switch controller. It is suitable for high-level rated voltage 400V, 50Hz, rated current 800A and below. Buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, banks, firefighting, chemical, metallurgical, military facilities and other types of loads that are not allowed to be powered off, some of the second type of load, complete the automatic conversion of the power supply of the dual-loop power supply system, thus ensuring the reliability of power supply for important users.

Normal working conditions

• The upper ambient temperature is not higher than +40 ° C, the lower limit is not lower than -5 ° C, and the 24-hour average is not more than +35 ° C.

• The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40 °C. At lower temperatures, it can have higher humidity. The condensation on the surface of the product should be considered in consideration of temperature changes.

• No explosive atmospheres, and the media does not contain enough gas and dust to corrode and destroy the insulation.

• There is no significant vibration and shock vibration.

Operation

Manual operation can be used regardless of the voltage of the common power supply and the standby power supply. When manual operation, the manual-automatic button should be placed in the manual operation position. When the push handle is rotated clockwise to the terminal, the backup power supply performs the circuit breaker QR opening, the common power supply performs the circuit breaker QN closing; when the push handle rotates counterclockwise When the terminal is reached, the backup power supply performs the open circuit QR closing, and the common power supply performs the circuit breaker ON opening.

In the panel, the power indicator (red), if the light is off, it indicates that the automatic control box is faulty and cannot operate the switch. After the repair is normal, the manual and automatic buttons will be in the automatic position. If the common power supply is normal, the switch will automatically enter the common power supply to perform the circuit breaker QN closing state, and the N power indicator (yellow) in the panel is on; If the common power supply is not normal, the switch will be self-converted to the standby power supply QR, and the standby power indicator (green) will be on.
