NMQ6 type ATS intelligent dual power automatic switch (hereinafter referred to as switch) is a kind of power switch that continues to be powered when the power is off. Scope of application
This switch is suitable for dual power supply switch with 50Hz, 60Hz, rated voltage below 1140V and rated current below 5000A. It can realize automatic or manual switching between common power supply (N) and standby power supply (R). (The main and standby power sources can be the power grid, the self-starting generator set, the battery, etc., the main and standby power supplies are customized by the user), so that the dual power supply customers can be unattended. Pipeline, medical and health, military facilities, airports, fire protection, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, oil, etc. are not allowed to stop power.
The product complies with the standard: GB/T 14048.11-2016 (automatic transfer switch electrical appliance).

Features
NMQ6 type A.T.S is used as the main and standby dual power supply automatic switch. It adopts electromagnetic drive, electrical and mechanical simultaneous interlocking mechanism, the main circuit contact is static and dynamic structure, and the moving contact adopts v-type design. In order to avoid long-term charging of the electromagnetic coil, electric closing, mechanical holding, control power supply are led to independent current AC 220V (no need to add control current), due to the superior structural characteristics, the main and standby power supply will not be connected to the same accident. The switch has an electrical or mechanical closing indication, and can provide customers with normally open and normally closed passive auxiliary contacts for other purposes.

Troubleshooting analysis
◆ No response after power on. After pressing the command button, the electric operation structure does not work. Please check the power connection of the switch and the connection of the dedicated cable. The three-phase power supply and the neutral line must be connected. Although the voltage of each phase is available after power-on, but the undervoltage of the panel is displayed, please check whether the switching power supply is connected properly, whether there is a phase loss phenomenon, whether the fuse on the main body is too much blown due to the electric operating mechanism, and use a suitable fuse. Try again after replacing the tube.
◆ Frequently blow the fuse tube, please check if the electric operating mechanism is stuck, and try again after proper debugging.
Use and maintenance precautions
◆ The input and output lines of the switch should be connected to the marked wiring. If the pole switch is used, the main and standby power supply neutral lines (NN, RN) cannot be connected incorrectly. Otherwise it will affect the use.
◆ The bottom plate of the switch should be grounded reliably to ensure safe power supply and use.
◆ This switch also has a function of “double-break” (that is, both the main and backup power supplies are in the off position). This work is mainly used when the load is in an overload or short circuit condition. Customers should specify when ordering, otherwise they will be manufactured according to the normal enterprise specifications (that is, not suitable for the above functions).
◆ Plug the dedicated plug of the intelligent controller into the dedicated socket of the switch.
◆ Check whether the contact parts of each electrical appliance are reliable, compact, and the fuse is intact.
◆ After the above inspection and debugging, the system can be put into use. It is recommended to set the working status to the “common (N) automatic” state. Press the power switch again and set the switching time as needed.
